Larry Gaines joined Block & Company in 1995 as a specialist in restaurant sales and leasing. He comes to this position with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant field including being the first manager of the now famous Houlihan's Restaurant chain, operating a restaurant for the National Hockey League, co-owning Maggie Jones restaurant, co-owning Southport Cafe, and owning La Cocina de Puerco in Gateway Plaza.

Larry has sold or leased over 200 food and beverage operations in his career. He specializes in Restaurant/Bar Sales, Restaurant/Bar Acquisitions, lease renegotiations and extensions. Larry is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Kansas, a member Missouri Association of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors, and the Mexican Chamber of Commerce.

Larry resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife, Kiesa. They have one son Kerry.
